Sustain Afric CEO Honored with Prestigious Agriculture Award

We are thrilled to announce that the CEO of Sustain Afric, Mr. Njieforti Princewill Gana, has been recognized with a prestigious award in the Agriculture category, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward a more sustainable and food-secure Africa.

The award, presented at the Cameroon Youth Awards, celebrates exceptional leadership and innovation in agricultural development across Cameroon and the Africa continent at large. Mr. Njieforti Princewill Gana was honored for their visionary approach to transforming rural agricultural systems, empowering smallholder farmers, and driving climate-resilient farming practices through the work of Sustain Afric.

A Vision Rooted in Sustainable Growth

Since founding Sustain Afric, Mr. Njieforti Princewill Gana has led with purpose and passion, focusing on holistic solutions that uplift communities while protecting the environment. Under their leadership, the organization has launched impactful programs across multiple African countries — from introducing regenerative farming techniques and promoting organic agriculture, to supporting women and youth-led farming cooperatives.

The award recognizes not just individual achievement, but the collective impact of Sustain Afric’s team and partners who share a commitment to creating a thriving, sustainable agricultural sector.

“This recognition is a reflection of the incredible work our teams are doing on the ground,” said Mr. Njieforti Princewill Gana. “Agriculture is the backbone of many African economies, and if we nurture it with the right practices and policies, we can transform lives, build resilience, and secure our future.”

A Catalyst for Continued Impact

The Agriculture Award serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of innovation, resilience, and collaboration in addressing food insecurity and the climate crisis. It also signals a growing acknowledgment of grassroots solutions that prioritize people and the planet.

At Sustain Afric, we believe this award is just the beginning. With renewed motivation and an expanding network of stakeholders, we will continue to push boundaries, influence policy, and invest in the next generation of African agricultural leaders.

Join Us on the Journey

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Njieforti Princewill Gana and express our gratitude to all our partners, donors, and community members who make our work possible. Together, we’re planting seeds of change — and watching them grow.
